Bootcamps

Bootcamps

A 6 week program designed to jump start your fitness in a dynamic, outdoor setting. You will receive guidance on proper nutrition, movement techniques, and workouts that are progressively more challenging.

Outdoor

Outdoor Training

On-going workouts located at outdoor locations in and around Hattiesburg. These classes offer athletes of all levels a constantly varied workout utilizing high-intensity interval training, kettlebells, and traditional sports conditioning.

Indoor

Indoor Training

Training focused on short but intense sessions comprised of the basic everyday movements; pushing, pulling, squatting, and lifting. Incorporates barbells and strength training under supervision of our experienced coaches.

1 On 1 Training

Personal coaching is an incredibly effective method for accomplishing your wellness goals. Your coach will work with you to recognize and clarify your health and fitness objectives, then make a custom plan that improves your deficiencies and optimizes your strengths.

Yes. Everyone can do Versus strength and conditioning regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. We work with each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform the same general workout. Let's get you started today!

Do I need to already be in good shape to start at Versus?

No, Versus is the program that will get you in shape. Whether you’re a beginner or veteran athlete, you can start Versus. As you become fitter, workouts will get more challenging.
